Anyone who is subject to offender reporting/prohibition orders is automatically excluded from being eligible for disability support work.
Otherwise, all people are eligible to be employed as disability support workers unless they have criminal convictions for any of the following offences which result in automatic exclusion:

Incest

Bestiality

Serious Animal Cruelty
Criminal convictions for any of the following offences result in presumed exclusion unless there are exceptional circumstances to be considered:

Kidnapping

Animal Cruelty

Drug Trafficking

Fraud/Deception

National Security Offences
The regulatory risk assessment process will also take into account othher offences, spent convictions and pending charges.
