Daisy is not a typical brand figure. She is a fictional character, an AI-driven personality, and a powerful symbol of what Brighter Assistance stands for—choice, trust, dignity, and community-based care. Daisy represents the tens of thousands of NDIS participants across Australia who deserve care from people they know, love, and trust.
🌸 Who Is Daisy Roosevelt?
Daisy is highly autistic, gifted with a deep sense of order, pattern, and integrity. She’s fascinated by public transport systems, Australian native plants, and assistive technologies. She lives independently, makes her own choices, and selects her support workers from within her trusted circle of friends and family.
Daisy receives NDIS-funded support for daily living, emotional wellbeing, and community participation—but through Brighter Assistance, she chooses who supports her. No strangers. No awkward mismatches. Just people who understand her.
She is not real, and yet she is deeply representative of something real: the lived experience of people with disabilities who want more than just “care.” They want authentic relationships and meaningful choice.

She’s friendly, quirky, and surprisingly insightful. She won’t give you medical advice—but she’ll gladly talk about daily routines, plants, AI gadgets, and how she manages her life with a quiet sense of grace. Being autistic, she is generally very quiet but will open up if asked about her specific fields of interest. She also likes meeting people who are also autistic and can provide positive peer support.
🌱 What Comes Next
As technology evolves, so will Daisy. Our goal is to transform her into a fully interactive video AI peer-support companion—available to chat, support, and encourage other NDIS participants who may benefit from a calm and familiar digital presence.
But we’re not stopping with Daisy.
Brighter Assistance will soon create a library of AI personalities—peer support bots designed with neurodiversity, disability, and trust in mind. These digital companions will never replace human care, but they will enhance the quality of experience, offering comfort, connection, and conversation when needed.
